يتناول البحثُ حديثَ أبي سفيان في صحيح مسلم في عرض ابنته على النبي ودراسة إشكاله دراسة نقدية. وقد استهل الباحث بمدخل تمهيدي يوضح مكانة صحيح مسلم وخلوه من الأحاديث الواهية مطلقا، وإجماع الأمة على صحة ما فيه ،ومنهجية المحدثين في التعامل مع الأحاديث المنتقدة على الصحيحين، ثم خرج الحديث وذكر طرقه وألفاظهِ والترجمة لرجاله و الحكم على الحديث ولطاءف إسناده ومعناه العام وشرح مفرداته. ثم تناول بعد ذلك مناقشة الطعون الموجهة للحديث، كالحكم عليه بالوضع والبطلان،ومناقشة القول بتوهيم الراوي ونكارة المتن لمخالفة المرويات الصحيحة، وأكد الباحث ثبوت تعارضه ظاهرا مع المرويات الصحيحة في تزويج أم حبيبة من النبي بالحبشة، لكنه موافق للمرويات الواردة في اتخاذ معاوية كاتبا وكذا المرويات الواردة في استعمال أبي سفيان فيما دون إمارة الجيش ، ثم خلص الباحث إلى ثبوت الحديث وسلامته من الطعون ، وذكر توجيه إشكال عرض أبي سفيان لأمّ حبيبة على النبي وهي تحت عصمته ، ومذاهب العلماء في تأويل التزويج وجواب النبي عليه بنعم ثم ختم بحثه بذكر القول الراجح في كون المعروضة أختا لأم حبيبة ومناقشة الإشكالات الواردة عليه.


This research deals with the manuscripts of Hadith” Abou sofian,s daughter marriage offer  to the Prophet (pbuh) and its misconceptions Problem of historical contradection " in a critical study.the research has  included an intruduction,apavement essay,two chapters,and aconclusion. intruduction has included study evaluation, motives ,former studies,and resarch methods. The pavement essay has included the privecy of"sahih muslim" and scientists,agreement with its rightiousness ,wich never has a weak  versions. The First chapter has included collecting this Hadiths' different ways and extraction , studied its script and what is related to it, shown its strange pronunciations, clarified the fiqh of the Hadith, the educational advantages, the juristic and advocacy issues derived from. The researcher has presented some of the problems and allegation in violation of the provisions of the legitimacy and the usual thing. Which was reported by some scholars , contemporaries and owners of the mental school. It has opposed the doubtful matters whose suspicious people posed about the Hadith, Then has discussed these suspicions using opinions the views of the scholars and their answers of them, then has used scientific evidence, I then found these allegation, and it is baseless of health.
