حَـــــــدِيـــــــثُ الـــــــقَــــسَــــــــامَـــــــةِ دِرَاسَــةٌ تَــحْــلِــيــلِــيَــةٌ

 
يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة حديث القسامة دراسة تحليلية؛ لما له من أهمية بالغة في الحفاظ على أرواح البشر، وردع للمعتدين، وجبر لخاطر المنكسرين، وقد تناول البحث تخريج الحديث، وجمع طرقه، ورواياته، والحكم على أسانيده، وذكر شواهده، كما تناول البحث متن الحديث، ببيان معاني مفرداته، واختلاف ألفاظه، ودفع الإشكالات الواردة حوله، وقد تطرقت الدراسة إلى فقهه فأبانت عن كيفية القسامة، والواجب فيها، وآراء العلماء حول مشروعيتها، والفرق بينها وبين سائر الدعاوى، وتعليم أدب نبوي في تقديم الأسن في الكلام، وحكم الصُّلْح مع غير المسلمين، كما أشارت إلى أهمّ الفوائد المستنبطة من الحديث، وقد اتبعت في هذا البحث المنهج الاستقرائي، ثم المنهج التحليلي النقدي، ثم المنهج الاستنباطي. وتوصلت إلى عدة نتائج، أهمها: أن الحديث في أعلى درجات الصحة، فقد أخرجه الأئمة الستة في كتبهم، وأنه لا تعارض بين أوجهه؛ لإمكان الجمع بينها دون تكلف، وبه ثبتت مشروعية القسامة، وأنها أصل من أصول الشرع، كما أن بناء المجتمعات واستقرارها وسلامتها من الفوضى والتخبط يقوم على إقامة الحق والعدل المستمدان قواعدهما ودعائمهما من الشريعة الغراء.
 
 
This research aims to study the hadith of Qassamah analytical study، because of its great importance in preserving the lives of human beings، deterring the aggressors، and reparation for the minds of the broken، the research dealt with the graduation of the hadith، and the collection of its methods، and its novels، and the judgment on its supports، and mentioned its evidence، as the research dealt with the text of the hadith، by indicating the meanings of its vocabulary، and the difference in its words، and the payment of the problems contained around it، the study has touched on the jurisprudence of the Vbaan on how to Qassam، and the duty in it، and the views of scientists about its legitimacy، and the difference between it and other lawsuits، and the teaching of prophetic literature in Presenting the teeth in speech، and the ruling on reconciliation with non-Muslims، as she pointed to the most important benefits deduced from the hadith، In this research، I followed the inductive method، then the critical analytical method، and then the deductive method. It reached several results، the most important of which are: that the hadith is in the highest degree of health، it was directed by the six imams in their books، and that there is no contradiction between its facets، because it is possible to combine them without cost، and by it the legitimacy of the division has been proven، and that it is one of the origins of Sharia، and that the building of societies، their stability and safety from chaos and confusion is based on the establishment of truth and justice derived from the rules and pillars of the glue Sharia.
