ملخص البحث:
 هذا بحث مشترك اعتمد الباحثان في كتابته على المنهج الاستقرائي القائم على الاستقراء والتتبع لكل جزئيات الموضوع من أجل الوصول إلى رؤية عامة وشاملة، وكذلك المنهج التحليلي الاستنباطي، وقد اقتضت الدراسة أن تكون في مبحثين، المبحث الأول: قاما بالترجمة لأَفْلَت بن خليفة أحد الرواة المختلف فيهم جرحًا وتعديلا؛ للوصول إلى حكم نهائي على حال هذا الراوي، وبيان الخلاف الوارد في اسمه وكنيته. وعقدا المبحث الثاني لتأكيد الحكم وذلك من خلال سَبْر مرويات الراوي ودراستها والحكم عليها؛ لمعرفة هل وافق الثقات في مروياتهم أم خالفهم؟؛ لأن الحكم على الراوي من خلال مروياته هو الطريق الفاصل في معرفة حكم المختلف فيهم جرحا وتعديلا. وتوصَّلت الدراسة إلى أن هذا الراوي المختلف فيه صدوق، وأنه يقال له أفلت بن خليفة، ويقال له: فُليت بالتصغير، وبعض التلاميذ سماه في رواية قدامة بن عبد الله وقال هو فليت، وأن الجميع واحد. وأن مروياته لا تزيد على خمس روايات وهي في دائرة القبول عدا رواية واحدة وهي رواية: منع الحائض والجنب من دخول المسجد، والراوية محتملة للتحسين عند البعض، ومحتملة للأخذ بها من باب الاحتياط خروجا من الخلاف وتنزيها لبيوت الله. وأوصى الباحثان بعمل دراسة للمختلف فيهم جرحا وتعديلا وإعطاء هذه الدراسة للباحثين المهرة في مجال البحث العلمي، على هيئة رسائل علمية في مرحلتي التخصص (الماجستير)، (والدكتوراة) وسَبْر مروياتهم؛ لحسم الخلاف في الأحاديث التي مدارها على هؤلاء الرواة، كما أوصى الباحثان أيضا: بتقوى الله وتحري الدقة في العزو، والتزام الأمانة العلمية في النقول، والتَّأنِّي في فهم مراد الأئمة، ومعرفة مغزى كلامهم، والبُعْد عن تصيُّد الأخطاء النادرة لهم، والترحم عليهم، والتماس العُذْر لهم، والبُعْد عن التشهير بهم.
 
 
Abstract
This collaborative research relies on the inductive methodology، which is based on investigating and tracking all aspects of the subject to achieve a comprehensive understanding، as well as the analytical and deductive approach. The study is structured into two sections. The first section provides a biography of Aflit bin Khalifa، one of the narrators whose reliability is disputed in terms of jarh wa ta‘dil، to reach a final judgment regarding his status and clarify the disagreement concerning his name and kunya (nickname). The second section reinforces this judgment by thoroughly analyzing and assessing the narrator’s hadith reports to determine whether they align with those of trustworthy narrators or deviate from them، as evaluating a narrator through his narrations is the decisive method for assessing those who are disputed in jarh wa ta‘dil. The study concludes that this disputed narrator is saduq (truthful but with minor weaknesses) and that he is referred to as Aflit bin Khalifa، as well as Fuleit in its diminutive form. Some of his students، including Qudama bin Abdullah، recorded his name as Fuleit، confirming that they all refer to the same person. His narrations do not exceed five in number، all of which are within the realm of acceptability except for one: the narration prohibiting menstruating women and those in a state of major ritual impurity (junub) from entering the mosque. Some scholars consider this narration to be potentially hasan (good)، while others accept it as a precautionary measure to avoid disagreement and maintain the sanctity of mosques. The researchers recommend conducting further studies on disputed narrators in jarh wa ta‘dil and assigning such studies to skilled researchers in the field of academic research، particularly as master's and doctoral theses، to resolve discrepancies in hadiths that rely on such narrators. Additionally، they emphasize the fear of Allah and precision in attribution، commitment to academic integrity in citations، deliberation in understanding scholars’ intentions، avoiding excessive fault-finding of scholars، praying for scholars and interpreting their words in a charitable manner، and refraining from publicly discrediting them.
