أغراض تقديم الخبر في السنة النبوية دراسة تحليلية

الملخص باللغة العربية:
تتداخل السنة النبوية مع علوم كثيرة من علوم الشريعة واللغة العربية، لاسيما البلاغة العربية، فقد اشتملت السنة على ألوانٍ وأساليب جمة من أساليب الفصاحة والبيان التي نطق بها اللسان العربي، ويأتي هذا البحث لإظهار لون من ألوان الفصاحة النبوية، وهو أغراض تقديم الخبر في السنة النبوية، وفي هذا تكمن أهمية البحث ومن أسباب اختياري للموضوع أنه لم يُفْرد بالبحث والكتابة من قبل، وإن كان العلماء يذكرونه في مصنفاتهم، وأما عن أهداف الموضوع فمن أبرزها الوقوف على النصوص التي أفصح شرّاح الحديث على الغرض من تقديم الخبر فيها. ومشكلة البحث تأتي من عدم العناية به سواءً من الناحية الحديثية أم البلاغية، وقد اشتمل البحث على مبحثين الأول: شرح العنوان، وتعريف الخبر، والسنة، وأغراض تقديم الخبر إجمالًا في السنة النبوية، والمبحث الثاني: الدراسة التطبيقية لأغراض تقديم الخبر في السنة وفيه مطالب، ثم الخاتمـة: وقد ذكرت فيها أهم النتائج، والتوصيات التي توصلت إليها، ثم ثبت المصادر والمراجع، وفهرس الموضوعات.
وقد اعتمدت على المنهج الاستقرائي؛ لجمع الأحاديث وتعليقات الشراح، ثم المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي، وجعلت كل غرض في مطلب، ذاكرا بعض الأمثلة، ثم قمت بعزو الأحاديث إلى من أخرجها، ذاكرا أقوال شرّاح الحديث، وقمت بتوثيق النصوص وعزوها في كل فنّ إلى مصادرها، وكان من أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها، تقديم الخبر يأتي لعدة أغراض وهي الاهتمام به، والحصر، والاختصاص، وتشويق السامع، ولأن تقديمه أولى أحيانًا، ويتقدم الخبر والغرض من تقديمه مزيد المبالغة، وقد أوصيت أن يهتم الباحثون والدارسون بالأبحاث التي تُعنى ببيان الأساليب العربية التي حوتها السنة النبوية المشرفة.

The Prophetic Sunnah (the teachings and practices of Prophet Muhammad) intersects with many sciences of Islamic law (Sharia) and the Arabic language، particularly Arabic rhetoric. The Sunnah comprises numerous forms and styles of eloquence and articulation native to the Arabic tongue. This research demonstrates one of these forms of prophetic eloquence، which is the purposes of fronting the predicate (khabar) in the Prophetic Sunnah. Herein lies the importance of this research، and one of the reasons for choosing this topic is that it has not been singled out for dedicated research and writing before، although scholars have mentioned it in their works. As for the objectives of the topic، one of the most prominent is to identify the texts in which hadith commentators have explicitly stated the purpose of fronting the predicate.
The research problem stems from the lack of attention given to this topic from both a hadith studies perspective and a rhetorical one. The research includes two main sections. The first explains the title، defines the predicate (khabar) and the Sunnah، and provides a general overview of the purposes of fronting the predicate in the Prophetic Sunnah. The second section is an applied study of the purposes of fronting the predicate in the Sunnah، which includes several sub-topics. This is followed by a conclusion، in which I have mentioned the most important findings and recommendations. Finally، a list of sources and references and an index are provided.
I have relied on the inductive method to collect the hadiths and the commentators' remarks، followed by the descriptive and analytical methods. I have dedicated a sub-topic to each purpose، providing some examples. I have then attributed the hadiths to their original sources، citing the statements of hadith commentators. I have also documented and attributed the texts in each field to their respective sources. Among the most important findings is that fronting the predicate serves several purposes، including showing care and importance (al-ihtimām)، restriction (al-ḥaṣr)، specification (al-ikhtiṣāṣ)، creating suspense for the listener (tashwīq al-sāmiʿ)، and because its precedence is sometimes more appropriate. The predicate is also fronted for the purpose of adding emphasis (mubālaghah). I have recommended that researchers and students pay more attention to studies concerned with explaining the Arabic styles contained in the noble Prophetic Sunnah.
